Modified 40 ft steel shipping container, professionally wired, insulated, vented, and ready for transport. Interior space is split into two separate rooms of equal dimensions by a complete wall and interior door, with interior walls and ceiling fully insulated in foam board covered in reflective Mylar. 220V and 110V outlets throughout are supplied by a professionally installed 200 amp panel and timer, with 8 inch exhaust and intake fans mounted at ceiling height in both rooms. Most recently used as an indoor garden space, this container could be used as a portable studio, work shop, or almost any other purpose requiring a wired, insulated, and very secure space.
Currently this container has much of the equipment necessary to operate a functional indoor garden securely packed inside, ready for transport. The container is available without equipment for $3700 OBO.
